An Alphaeon Credit Card, offered by Comenity Capital Bank, is a simple way to pay for procedures, treatments, products, and services provided by dentists, dermatologists, ophthalmologists, and plastic surgeons.

This means your application is pending, sometimes due to a credit lock or freeze. Please call the Account Protection Team at (800) 888-1726 for assistance. You may also receive a call directly from this team.
When I complete the full application is my credit report pulled and is that considered a “hard-hit” on my credit report?
Yes. However, applications impact people’s credit differently. For example, if you have a high credit score and a long history of on-time payments, your credit is less likely to be impacted than someone who has a low credit score and a history of missed or late payments. Over time, the impact of these applications is less noticeable. Plus, if you are approved for an Alphaeon Credit Card and using it to pay your dentist, dermatologist, ophthalmologist, or plastic surgeon, your on-time payments will be reported to the credit bureaus helping to improve your overall score.
What credit score do I need to be approved for an Alphaeon Credit Card?
Multiple variables, including credit scores, are used to approve applicants. The only way to find out if you are likely to be approved and for how much is to pre-qualify. Who can apply for an Alphaeon Credit Card?
To apply you must be at the age of majority in your state or territory, have a valid government-issued photo ID, have a valid government-issued tax identification number (such as a SSN or SIN), and have a street, rural route, or APO/FPO mailing address as you can not use a PO Box mailing address. If your account is approved, you are able to change your mailing address to a PO Box.

Can I apply with a co-applicant?
No. However, you may add an Authorized Buyer to your account.

Yes. If your doctor’s office submits the application on your behalf, you may add an Authorized Buyer during the application process. If you submit the application, you will need to wait 30 days to add an Authorized Buyer by calling (855) 497-8176 (TDD/TTY 1-888-819-1918). Keep in mind, you are responsible for payments on all purchases made by you and by any Authorized Buyer.
What if I don’t have enough available credit on my account to complete my purchase?

Can I use my card again?
Absolutely. You can use your card repeatedly with no need to reapply. Plus, promotional financing plans are available for any purchase of $250 or more.

I haven't received my card and my appointment is soon. What should I do?
You do not need your card in order to make a purchase. Your doctor can look up your account at your appointment, with a valid form of government-issued ID.

When will I receive my bill?
You won’t receive a bill until after you make your first purchase. Bills are sent on or around the 24th of each month. You can also visit the Account Center to view your statement
